The flavors are truly amazing. Octoberfest beer typically has an amber malty color and a rich smooth flavor. The perfect beer for Autumn days and nights. The history of Octoberfest beers is just as amazing as the beer themselves. A king way back in the early 1500's wanted his brewmaster to make a special beer for his wedding. Not that there was any pressure--but if the beer was no good the brewmaster would lose his head!!! Needless to say the beer was outstanding and the king's party lasted 10 days!! Now it is celebrated every year with the biggest party being in Munich Germany!!
